Very Responsive! Called on Sunday and got the job done on Monday. Ah Heng and Owen were professional in their work and provided lots of advise in how to keep the aircon lasting and with high performance. Awesome experience dealing with personnel from this company. Professional and knowledgeable. Was able to identify the issue that caused my aircon to be 'uncold', something which the company doing my current servicing wasn't able to do. Recommended repairs and parts to be changed, which was all completed within 2 days! Prices are reasonable too! Even went the extra mile to help patch a large hole near to the condenser that was left by the installer many years back. Will definitely engage them for servicing once my current contract ends.
