Amazing same-day service on a Sunday night! Our aircon was leaking non-stop, but the team arranged a slot for us immediately. Yen was incredibly helpful and professional. He didn't just fix the leak; he climbed up the ceiling to find the root cause and uncovered a deeper issue we hadn't noticed. He even taped the pipe temporarily for free. Super grateful for Yen's dedication and honesty.

This is a late review but definitely one that needs to be shared. First time engaging this company. My aircon suddenly refused to switch on on 30/12/25. My usual service provider could only send someone in five days, but Coolest Aircon Service managed to arrange a check within about two hours. Really impressed with the service technician. He was clear in explaining what could possibly be the issue and what was needed to fix it. Work was done efficiently, and everything was kept clean and neat. No nonsense, no exaggeration, and no inflated pricing. Will definitely be a returning customer 👍

Hoe and Owen were extremely competent in their work where they were able to identify the problems and provide solutions to my aircon issues. They were honest and forthcoming and provided exemplary service to the aircon units in my house. I will highly recommend them for others to fix their aircon units! Awesome job well done! :)

This company aircon service is very detailed and good. No rush to clean. Their prices are very reasonable. I am very impressed with Service Man (Ah Heng), he's very good, hardworking and very detailed in cleaning and servicing. I decided to get their services long term and would request Ah Heng to service our aircon! 👍🏻 The boss is very good too! See before and after cleaning photo as attached.

Had a fantastic experience with Coolest Aircon Service! Mr. Yan came over for servicing and to fix a cooling issue — and I was thoroughly impressed. He was humble, respectful, and incredibly detailed in explaining every step of the process. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I’ll definitely be signing up for their annual service plan, and I hope Mr. Yan continues to be assigned to my units. He deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service he provided. My aircon was leaking and after “repair” it no longer even works at all (e5 error) and I paid $200 after servicing. Subsequently they mentioned that I need to pay another $250 to replace the indoor PCB and this time they said I had to pay them before they would even come down service the aircon or confirm the appointment? Update: They called me after this review to say that they would waive the deposit and only charge after servicing. Will update again after service.

Life saver ! Aircon power suddenly went out in the evening - Called at 6 pm and they managed to come down at 9 pm on the dot. Identified the fused / burnt wire issue to us and got it fixed immed, rates were higher but it’s worth it

I found this company on Google - out of 3 companies i reached out, I was impressed with Coolest Aircon Service responsiveness. Had an aircon pipe congestion over the weekend, and they fixed it the same day. After-hours charges were higher, but the speed and professionalism made it worthwhile. I've now added an annual servicing contract. Speedy service and reliable.
