Really impressed with the service from Coolest Aircon Service Pte Ltd. All three of my room air conditioners suddenly stopped cooling properly, so I contacted them for a gas top-up. I was quite desperate because I absolutely cannot sleep without air conditioning, and they were able to arrange for someone to come down within just two hours. The technician was efficient, transparent and there was absolutely no hard selling. The gas was topped up and all three rooms are now nice and cool again. Really appreciate the prompt response and sincere service. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely focuses on helping the customer rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in future.

If your aircon is spoil dont ever go to this company. Quoted a price but then invoice came to double the price. They just want fast money. That's about 200 sgd higher than the actual quoted price. I already informed them the exact model and what to replace as I have enquired a technician to check prior to thier service. I also provided my address so they can evaluate manpower cost. Time is also lost waiting for arranging the checks and setting another appointment date. When I became an unhappy customer, Coolest Aircon called me but badly manage the situation . Im being called a CHEAP customer and they slam the phone. Good luck to new customers. Reply by Coolest Aircon Service: Thank you for your feedback. The estimated price served only as a rough guide and was not a final quote. Found out piping leaking after do pressure test. Change piping for one room and change one air con to recondition unit in Jan26. A few months later another leaking, change piping again for 3 room and one recondition unit in Mar26, total paid since day one is abt $3,250. Then after a few months in Sept26 no gas, they suspected got leaking again. What is this ???? Very honest and excellent service provider. I had repeated issues with my master bedroom aircon, despite topping up gas with the other provider, the unit will blow up warm air after 3mths.. After changing to Shawn’s team there are no further issues with it. I highly recommend them. Not every provider is honest. Some suggest chemical wash when it’s not needed or don’t even top up gas properly. They charge low fees for servicing to come down and upsell services not needed. I trust this business and the team. 6 stars.

Amazing same-day service on a Sunday night! Our aircon was leaking non-stop, but the team arranged a slot for us immediately. Yen was incredibly helpful and professional. He didn't just fix the leak; he climbed up the ceiling to find the root cause and uncovered a deeper issue we hadn't noticed. He even taped the pipe temporarily for free. Super grateful for Yen's dedication and honesty.

1 star and that is being generous! I never write reviews but this one I could not let go. Had a contract with this company and honestly wish I never signed it. They promise quarterly servicing and contact every 3 months. Sounds great right? Except they just never bothered. Almost 4 months passed and not a single message. No call, no WhatsApp, nothing. I had to reach out myself to remind them I am a paying customer. When I brought it up the response was cold, robotic and completely unapologetic. The manager S.H. eventually came back to me after speaking to the boss and you know what the big resolution was? A $10 voucher. To spend more money with the same company that just ignored me for 4 months. I actually laughed. These people do not care about you once the contract is signed. The $10 voucher says it all, that is how much they value a paying customer. It feels less like customer service and more like a trap to keep squeezing money out of you. If you are looking for a reliable aircon company in Singapore please keep looking. There are better options out there that will actually show up and do what they promised. Never again. Reply by Coolest Aircon Service: We are very sorry for your unpleasant experience. Regarding your last contract arrangement, due to a system malfunction, we are trying our best to notify every customer, but this will take some time. As per your request, we scheduled the last air conditioning cleaning at your new address for today. We are very sorry that we cannot fulfill your request for free cleaning. We also tried our best to negotiate for cleaning the outdoor unit and adding gas, but you refused this compensation. We will further train and improve our service and communication. This is a late review but definitely one that needs to be shared. First time engaging this company. My aircon suddenly refused to switch on on 30/12/25. My usual service provider could only send someone in five days, but Coolest Aircon Service managed to arrange a check within about two hours. Really impressed with the service technician. He was clear in explaining what could possibly be the issue and what was needed to fix it. Work was done efficiently, and everything was kept clean and neat. No nonsense, no exaggeration, and no inflated pricing. Will definitely be a returning customer 👍

MCST stopped them and Technician went away without informing. Tenant called me and said Tech refuses to stay. I called and the company and told them to stay. I solved the issue with MCST within 3minutes.
