Service providers did not remove aircon blower from the unit to wash as advertised. Upon asking, they said have to sign contract to enjoy the full service. Also, they claimed that our outdoor compressor is dirty and need to add $85 to wash. Hello? The general washing for 3 aircon units is $70 but charged an exorbitant price for 1 outdoor compressor? Hate to say it but really is cheap no good. Can only blame myself for trusting their online advertisements. Advice to avoid and I will not engage them again. For your inform , $85/unit for chemical wash outdoor condenser unit which are dirty choke inside and cant solve with normal wash .

Very Responsive! Called on Sunday and got the job done on Monday. Ah Heng and Owen were professional in their work and provided lots of advise in how to keep the aircon lasting and with high performance. They were careful and making sure that the work is carried out without causing a mess within and out of the unit. Highly recommended!

Recommended Coolest Aircon as they are very responsive to appointment booking and the price is reasonable. Service time was fast with explanation of my units’ conditions and what to take note of.

Awesome experience dealing with personnel from this company. Professional and knowledgeable. Was able to identify the issue that caused my aircon to be 'uncold', something which the company doing my current servicing wasn't able to do. Recommended repairs and parts to be changed, which was all completed within 2 days! Prices are reasonable too! Even went the extra mile to help patch a large hole near to the condenser that was left by the installer many years back. Will definitely engage them for servicing once my current contract ends.
