Got in touch with Coolest AC service for an emergency service as our regular AC technicians does not respond after office hour. Coolest AC sent their technician down within 2hrs of confirmation and they promptly resolved the issue which would have rendered our bedroom AC system inoperable. Was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, thus we decided to engage them again for the installation of a new AC system. The team was punctual and were very patient in listening to our request. They took time to protect our furniture from the installation process. They methodically cleaned up the site after the installation making it an exceptionally pleasant experience. Highly recommended and thank you once again!

I have engaged Coolest Aircon Service on a contract basis since 2021 for both regular and chemical cleaning, and will continue to renew with them. Its pricing is reasonable, the reminder and follow-up of each servicing are on time, hence my aircons are well-maintained for my family to enjoy clean and cold air. The technicians are always punctual, polite and professional, and they ensure not even a drip of water is left behind after each servicing. They even went the extra mile to return and patch up and paint my false ceiling after helping to resolve the water that had accumulated due to condensation issue. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Just wanted to take this time out to thank Heng & Owen for being such a good service provider. I had the displeasure of experiencing hot air circulating from my air conditioner units and they were able to come down just an hour later to resolve everything. Very Responsive! Called on Sunday and got the job done on Monday. Ah Heng and Owen were professional in their work and provided lots of advise in how to keep the aircon lasting and with high performance. They were careful and making sure that the work is carried out without causing a mess within and out of the unit. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience dealing with personnel from this company. Professional and knowledgeable. Was able to identify the issue that caused my aircon to be 'uncold', something which the company doing my current servicing wasn't able to do. Recommended repairs and parts to be changed, which was all completed within 2 days! Prices are reasonable too! Even went the extra mile to help patch a large hole near to the condenser that was left by the installer many years back. Will definitely engage them for servicing once my current contract ends.

I like to give a review for coolest aircon service. My first time of installation. I was overwhelmed with their service. I was assign by Mr chong & Wei. They came for site survey. Given me some proposal. Next day opted them without any hesitation. Installation was all good and satisfactory. The price that paid for worth every penny. Customer care service was fast and responsive too. Good team management. Highly recommend their service. No regrets. Hats off to them!!!👍

Mr Chong came to service and inspect my aircon system after two irresponsible aircon vendor left without doing any service. He is polite and willing to share his view on our aircon systems which are close to 20years. He gave nice recommendation for us to consider. Not pushy nor hard selling. I decided to engaged their service to replace a recon and old working unit. He recommended us a decent unit which is not too old but with inverter system at reasonable pricing comparing to brand new latest model. Today his team members AhWei and AhHao came to install. Both were very diligent and polite too. They know their trade well and did a good job. Hope the aircon can tide us couple of years before we do a full reno. Keep up good job Coolest Aircon Service! 保持服务态度和精神！㊗️生意兴隆！加油哦

Contacted them on Wednesday night at around 10pm to book appointment , they reply super fast and immediately book for me a slot the next day. Came on Thursday ,Chong immediately rectify the problem and advice what service to choose. He is super friendly and super experience. The way he fix everything , he is like trying not to mess up my room and also giving us alot alot of advice to maintain the air con. Thanks Chong for the amazing service and finally tonight i can sleep peacefully. Defitnely will call him again for the servicing. Good job👍🏻
